P&F Mother's Day
It was wonderful to see so many mothers at our P&F Mother's Morning Tea. We had a fabulous morning celebrating all the Mums with a photo booth, beautiful messages from their kids on our heart wall, a little chocolate gift and coffee. The scrumptious cupcakes created and baked by All Saints' Year 9/10 Café Culture students and served all morning by our Year 11 and 12 Cert II Hospitality students made the event even more special. A huge thanks to All Saints' staff, Ms Kaye Johns and Ms Michelle Shine, who made this happen.
All Saints' Community Choir Autumn Concert
The All Saints' Community Choir presented its first Autumn Concert on Sunday, May 5th. It was a culmination of a semester's work—a wonderful afternoon of music from a broad repertoire. French Film Night
Well done to Madam Pamela Chu and the Languages Department for another amazing French Movie Night. The P&F were thrilled to be able to support this event again. It was an immersion in French culture, charcuterie boards, hors d'oeuvres, wine tastings and a showing of La Vie en Rose, an award-winning and moving film about the life of French singer Edith Piaf. Local artist Caroline Muscat, an acrylic painter originally from France, was in attendance completing a beautiful work in her signature impressionist and abstract style reflecting her love of all things in nature. Her beautiful artwork was won in a raffle by a very excited P&F president, Kate Dallimore.
P&F Free Coffee Morning for Parents - Term 2
The Parents and Friends' Society invites all parents and guardians to join them for a free dine-in or takeaway coffee from Wanju by The Little Parry on Friday 24 May.

Notice of Special General Meeting

The Parents & Friends' Association provides notice of a Special General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 19 June 2024 at All Saints' College.
At the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Association (15 February 2023) a proposal to amend the Constitution was made and passed by the required majority of members voting. The amendments agreed to were largely concerned with compliance with the provisions of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA) (the Act) and the Association has been operating under those Constitutional provisions since that time.
The Constitution, as amended by the 2023 AGM, is available on the P&F’s page in the MyASC website. However, a provision in the Act requires Incorporated Associations to advise the regulator under the Act of the changes agreed to within 30 days of the decision being made. Unfortunately, this was not done in 2023 and this proposal is simply to reaffirm the Association’s support for the Constitution as amended at the 2023 AGM, and which the Association has operated within since then.
