Leadership Report

We have had the perfect start to Term 2 with all staff and students getting back into the swing of things after a well deserved break. It is already shaping up to be another busy and exciting term here at Magill, with several upcoming events to look forward to; including Junior Primary swimming, the annual Book Fair and our Mega-Mix Fun Day, which will be our main fundraising event for 2024. 

The magnificent weather over the past two weeks has been ideal for our community to enjoy several outdoor activities. It's wonderful to have such beautiful grounds to enjoy, and we're excited to share that they're about get even better. We will shortly commence our new playground and outdoor leaning project. Once complete, our children and community will have a contemporary play and learning space to enjoy for many years to come. Unfortunately, this means that during the construction phase (approximately 6 months), access to certain play spaces will be limited. It will be a bit of short term pain for a long-term gain!

Tonight, we're all looking forward to our outdoor cinema. The weather forecast is looking perfect, and I look forward to seeing many families joining us for this great community event. 

I am excited about the opportunities that Term 2 holds for us at Magill. Let's hope the weather holds up for a little longer before winter sets in. Make the most of it.
