To all Flexischools Account Holders and users of the Canteen.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I wish to advise that I am no longer operating the school Canteen effective immediately.  I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this short notice has caused.  However, after 9 years of service, I have decided to step away and move onto something else.

I want to thank everyone for their continued support during my time at the Canteen.  It has been an absolute pleasure preparing lunch for your children.

From the Principal

This week marks the half-way point of Term 4 and hopefully the turn to nicer weather.

This Friday, our Year 2 students will be having their first camp experience and enjoying time at their Sleep In. Parents and families are welcome to come for sausage in bread for dinner, whilst helping their child settle in. After this, the teachers have a number of exciting activities planned for our Year 2 students.

Next Wednesday, our Year 5/6 students head off to Lorne for their 3 day camp. The students will enjoy 2 nights of camping, along with surf lessons and a day a Live Wire (high ropes). We hope they all have an amazing time. Notes and money are due by the end of this week.

We have had another successful 2024 Prep Transition Day today, with students from our neighbouring kinder coming to enjoy some time in the classroom. It is lovely to see their happy smiling faces as they get used to a new learning environment.

Parents and Friends still have a number of spaces that need to be filled with volunteers in the canteen at this year's Beaufort Show. If you can spare a few hours, please contact the office.

Information about the Year 3 to 6 Bike Education Program was sent out via XUNO today. Could all students, with bikes, try to bring them on Monday 13th November. Bikes can stay at school during the program and will be bought inside each evening. All bikes must have working brakes and helmets must be an approved bicycle helmet.  Bike do not have to have gears. We will be putting out a call for parent riders to assist with the Raglan Ride, which is currently scheduled for Thursday 30th November. It is expected that all bikes be collected or ridden home at the end of the Bike Ed program.  If you need to make alternative arrangements, please contact the office.
