Year 11

Well done to all year 11 students on a very successful year. Sam and I would like to wish all students and their families a safe and productive summer break.

Over the holidays it is essential that students take a break to rest and enjoy some leisure time, but also ensure that they set up effective study habits and complete all assigned summer course work that they received during step up (especially reading all English novels).

Year 11 exams - Unit 2

Year 10

Year 10 into Year 11 Step Program

The current year 10 students were inducted into the year 11 VCE & VCE Vocational Major programs, with an assembly outlining a number of the important Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) rules and requirements associated with students undertaking VCE.

Examinations

The Year 10s have shown incredible resilience and determination in facing the challenges that come with exams. Their commitment to learning, throughout the exam period was wonderful to see as they approach VCE.

These exams were not just a measure of their academic skills but a testament to their ability to handle pressure, manage time, and showcase their knowledge, all of which will be highly important in VCE. Regardless of the outcome, the year 10s should be very proud of their efforts.

Year 10 awards

During our final assembly for the year 10s the college and year 10 teachers took the time to acknowledge those students who had shown the school values of embracing learning, look to inspire, respect all and aim to innovate. These students along with the winners of the volleyball tournament and science award winners were acknowledged in front of their peers and received certificates to commemorate their achievements.
