Forest School

The highlight of the last few weeks at Forest School has been watching Grade 3/4 children master the art of making damper dough! I was impressed how well they learnt this invaluable skill then confidently cooked it on the fire. From all reports (and happy faces!), the damper was delicious, and the kids enjoyed the experience.

Other wonderful adventures over the past few weeks have included cooking popcorn on the camping stove, dam exploration, water play in the sand and mud pits, treasure collection and chicken cuddles. Not to mention the myriad other games and activities the children initiated.

Cheers,

Sarah.
