Make and Take Craft on Tuesday lunchtimes
Every Tuesday the library offers small craft projects with all materials provided. Recent activities have included air drying clay, decorating calico bags for Book Week, mindful colouring and Origami for Mental Health Week. Coming up we will be having Halloween activities. Everyone is welcome to attend.
New additions to the Nonfiction collection
The Library Team has been busy updating the nonfiction collection. A large selection of new books will be available throughout Term 4.
Book Bingo is back soon: Design our poster!
The library is holding a Summer Book Bingo Challenge starting at the end of Term 4 and running until the start of Term 1, 2024.
We are asking students to design and illustrate our Book Bingo card. A prize will be given for the winning design.
The illustration should frame the grid that contains the genres of books the school community can read to complete the Book Bingo Challenge.
Specifictions: The Book Bingo Card should be A4 in size with a framed design and the centre square illustrated and marked ‘FREE’.
Your choice of colour or black and white media.
Don’t worry about all the other squares, the library will complete the book genres and other information for the challenge.
The Book Bingo card should contain the following information:

The design can be any theme you choose.
Please include your name and year level with your entry.

Please submit entries to the library
When: Entries should be submitted by no later than 4pm November 17 .
Entries will be judged by Library Coordinator, Richard and library staff – Dannielle and Diana and a prize will be awarded for the winning entry.
The winning entry will be featured in the final newsletter of Term 4 and additional copies of the Book Bingo card will be available to staff and students through the library.
