Term 4 Diary Dates

Dear Year One families,

We have an exciting and busy final term ahead! It is jam packed with experiences from all learning areas, including Inquiry, Music and end of year celebrations. It will be wonderful to spend the entire term with the students before sending them up to Year Two!

Please take note of the important dates throughout the term:

• Week 2: Scholastic Book Fair; Parent Helpers begin
• Week 2, Thursday 12th of October: TwistED Science "Flash Bang" Excursion;  Art Trail after school
• Week 6, Monday 6th of November: Curriculum Day followed by the Melbourne Cup public holiday
• Week 7, Tuesday 14th of November: "Junkyard Beats" music incursion
• Week 8, Thursday 23rd of November: Inquisitive Kids "Push, Pull and Motion" Incursion
• Week 9, Wednesday 29th of November: Whole School Transition 1
• Week 9, Thursday 30th of November: Mini Olympics
• Week 10, Wednesday 6th of December: Whole School Transition 2
• Week 11, Tuesday 12th of December: Step-Up Morning (students meet their Year Two teacher/s and class)
• Week 11, Friday 15th of December: Christmas Carols afternoon; Reports released
• Week 12, Tuesday 19th of December: Final day of Term 4 (1:30pm finish)
• Week 12, Wednesday 20th of December: Curriculum Day
