Vermont Secondary College
It has been a peaceful start to the term, and we have all enjoyed another long weekend so the students should be refreshed and ready to go. It is great to see everyone back.
I encourage the students to look back at their Term 1 reports and focus on a couple of areas where they can improve as they move forward into the Semester.
Throughout term 2, students in year 9 Geography have been going to Vermont South shops to explore food security. Throughout the fieldwork students collect data to assist with their fieldwork report. Well done to all of the students & thank you to all staff that came!"
The end of year school camp at Philip Island will approach quickly and we would like students to start talking about it and start getting excited. It is a fabulous camp and a great way to end the year. Please look out for a Compass notification re a camp deposit that is required soon.
In terms of uniform please hunt out all your Winter woollies and long pants ready for the cold weather. A reminder, students cannot wear track suit pants if they do not have PE on the day.
Have a great week!
