Building Respect & Community

Over the past two weeks in Connect, students have been exploring the theme of respect: what it means and how it looks in the classroom, with friends, and at home. These discussions have been student-led, with thoughtful insights about why rules exist and how they help create safe and supportive environments. It’s been inspiring to see our students leading the way in shaping a culture of understanding and mutual respect.

We've also returned to our garden spaces, getting our hands dirty weeding and rejuvenating areas that thrived during the holiday rain and sunshine. These outdoor sessions are a great way to reconnect with nature and work together as a team.

A big congratulations to Diamond Beazley, who has been awarded the Templeton Tennis Club Award! Diamond has shown outstanding dedication to her schooling and made a fantastic transition into Year 7. As part of her award, she will receive free tennis lessons for Term 2 at the club.

We’re excited for a term full of connection, community, and meaningful conversations as we continue to challenge expectations and grow together.
