Volunteer!
The election is THIS Saturday 3 May, which means we need support to run a democracy sausage sizzle and cake stall! Thanks to those who have already put their names down! If you're up for baking something, please drop it off at the front office on Friday 2 May, along with a full list of ingredients, or bring it along on the day. It’s a great way to get involved if you can’t volunteer on the day -- and trust us, everything sells! So don’t worry about being a pro-baker. Whether it is biscuits, brownies, a slice, an entire cake or banana bread, whatever you make will be absolutely appreciated. This is a great fundraiser for the school so if you can spare an hour or two on Saturday morning, and/or bake some cakes, please put your name on our sign up sheet here. Kids are welcome to help serve so long as they are supervised by an adult.
Events!
Term 2 will see a bunch of community and fundraising events, so please put these dates in your diary and plan to volunteer for at least one to support the school! Following feedback, we are trialling some alternative options for our plant and produce markets. This term we will have a high tea following the Autumn Family Day, plus a pizza and performance afternoon! We also look forward to our annual Winter Solstice event, which should see some warm drinks, fun activities, and of course, fire!
