Congratulations to our 2024 School Leaders.
The Kinders have spent their first week learning about our class Prayer Space and the name of their House Colour. Well done Kindergarten!
Our school will attend St Brigid's for Ash Wednesday at 9.30am. You are very welcome to join us. Lent is a time for us to get ready for Easter. The students will begin learning about Lent in our Religion lessons this week. Please ask them to share their learning with you.
Cassie Croft is the Schools and Youth Engagement Coordinator for Armidale, St Vincent de Paul Society NSW and she is coming to St Joseph's on Friday, 16th February to talk to the children about joining the new Mini Vinnies group at our school.
Once established our 2024 Mini Vinnies group will get together to help those in need within our school and local community. Mini Vinnies introduces children to social justice issues, to the St Vincent de Paul Society and to living faith through action.
Please discuss joining the Mini Vinnies group with your child/ren in Yr 3 - 6.
