School Council

A massive thank-you to our outgoing School Council President, Jacqueline Smart (mother of Eamon and Lara Ferguson) who made a significant contribution to the council over the last 4 years and held positions as both Vice-President and President. Jacqueline offered the council great insight through her work in local government and as a parent who had experienced a range of State Government school systems. After Lara graduated in 2023, Jacqueline has stepped aside. 

Thank you also to David Barrington who after 4 years has indicated that he will not be renominating for a position on the council. David's experience in events management, project management and hospitality has been a great advantage to the council and we look forward to his continued insights for the school in the future. 

Interested in being on School Council?

Next week a Compass Newsfeed will be distributed to all parents requesting nominations for School Council. We encourage all interested parents to submit a nomination form. 

School Council meets 8 times a year to engage in School Governance activities that ensure we make the most out of the resources and opportunities we have at school for the benefit of all students.
