Term 1 Diary Dates

Dear Year 1 families,

Welcome! We have a full and exciting term ahead. The Year 1 teachers have already been so impressed with how students went in their first week back and are looking forward to the rest of the 2024 school year!

We are spending the first two weeks of term getting to know our new classes and working through our Start-Up program. This valuable time supports students to make new friends, establish strong relationships, revisit school and classroom routines and expectations, and reinforce our school norms of Collaboration, Aspiration, Integrity and Resilience.

Please take note of some important dates throughout the term:

• Week 2: Parent Teacher Interviews (Bookings  open on Compass)
• Week 3: Monday 26th February, School Photos
• Week 5: Tuesday 27th February, Royal Botanic Gardens excursion (details will be released on Compass, closer to the date)
• Week 7: Monday 11th March, Labor Day public holiday
• Week 9: Friday 29th March, Good Friday public holiday
