Year 7 Camp to Howman's Gap

Year 7 students travelled to Howman's Gap YMCA Mountain Retreat on Wednesday 21st of February for their annual school camp. The retreat is located 5kms from Falls Creek on the Bogong High Plains, in one of Australia's unique alpine environments. 

On the trip, students participated in a variety of adventure activities such as the giant swing, rock climbing, rope courses, canoeing and team challenges which gave students the opportunity to build relationships within their new cohort.

The camp gave students the opportunity to mix with their new peers and begin to establish friendships and ties with them and their teachers.
