LIBRARY NEWS - WELCOME TO YEAR 7'S AND NEW STUDENTS TO WHS

The Senior School Library is open EVERY LUNCH AND RECESS, so come on in, check out the fantastic Fiction, graphic books or just say hello and chat about what you've been reading.

Year 7's and 8's Library Orientation Sessions were a tremendous success with all 9 classes being enthusiastic treasure hunters. Congratulations to 7E gaining top score with students answering clues correctly. Well done.

Bookworm Club will be running each Tuesday @ recess in S2 - you can bring your lunch and there will be snacks supplied.
Victorian Premier's Reading Challenge for 2024 is now open. Are you up for a challenge ??

Please join us next Wednesday (28th February) @ recess in S2. Books read in 2024 already count (this includes class set books as well).

19 students have already taken up the challenge. The challenge is to read more books than you would normally read between now and September.

VCE students - Casio Calculators are available for loan from the Senior Library Desk.
