YEAR 10
WEEK 7: KEY INFORMATION
Last week was a busy and exciting time at our College with the Biggest Morning Tea and our annual Open Evening. Both events were great successes! We extend special recognition to our Year 10 students for their exemplary servant leadership in assisting with these events. Their dedication and hard work reflected the core values of our College community. Thank you to everyone who participated and assisted in making these events exceptional.
On Monday, our Year 10 students will participate in an Unleashing Personal Potential (UPP) workshop on Growth Mindset, Neuroplasticity, and Grit. They will explore the power of the brain, develop resilience, and learn evidence-based goal-setting techniques. We are excited about providing this opportunity to our students as they continue to develop their skills and mindset for success.
With just four weeks left in the term, our Year 10 students have a busy period ahead, including the Reconciliation Assembly, Athletics Day, and upcoming assessments. Students need to manage their stress, prioritise their tasks, and take care of their well-being during this time. Your support in helping them navigate these commitments is greatly appreciated.
