Do all that you do with love ~

Dear Families,

This last newsletter of the term is one of happy and sad news. As I reflect on this term I am amazed by just how busy we have been.

We have celebrated Alleluia Day and Mothers Day and the Seniors have been on camp. Our Foundation students hatched chicks and went Scienceworks and Grade 1 went to Chesterfield Farm. We celebrated Catholic Education Week, Grade 2 went to Twisted Science and our Senior students visited the Zoo and participated in the Cranbourne Cluster Lightning Premiership at St Peter's College. Everyone dressed in blue for World Ocean Day and the whole school did themselves proud with the hampers that were donated to the Vinnies Winter Appeal. All of this is on top of the hard work that has been taking place in the classrooms.

The last couple of weeks have seen lots of visitors to our school as well, I have started enrolment interviews for the Foundation class of 2025. If you have a child ready to start school next year or have family or friends looking for a school for their child, please collect an enrolment form from the office so that places can be secured.

With heartfelt sadness, we bid farewell to Zvonko Majstorovic. Zvonko, a much loved member of our education support staff for six years, has worked closely with many students throughout the school. Fondly known as “Mr. M” by the children, he discovered his true calling and recently completed his teaching degree, inspired by the staff and students he served. Zvonko will now be joining the teaching staff at St. Agatha’s Primary School. I hope you join me in wishing Zvonko the very best as he embarks on this new chapter.

I look forward to welcoming everyone back next term, refreshed after the break. Don't forget term 3 starts on Tuesday 16th July.
