Term Two Week 11

Congratulations and thank you to all  the semester 1 Class Leaders for their 

participation and contributions at the SRC meetings in term 1 and 2.

 

Next term, in Week 1 all classes will revisit our “Positive Behaviour for Learning’’  and school expectations. Your class will also vote for a new Class Leader for Semester 2 and badges will be presented at Monday morning assembly in week 2.

Both class leaders can attend SRC meetings.

 

 

On a scale of 1-10, how has our school  been  learning this week? 

Prep AK - 8 reading and writing

Prep SV 8 in math we are creating patterns and my number book

1/2 MB 8 reading - completing fact files

1/2 DG 8 finishing our spelling and writing

1/2 AS 6 not following directions and finishing their work

3/4 TR 9 diorama, info reports and measurement

3/4 MG - 9 performing arts - concert script and song

3/4 VA - 8 The Twits, measurement

5/6 BOC - 8 class Text and Esmart

5/6 FA - 8 my numeracy activities and reviewing learning

 

 

On a scale of 1-10, how has our school  been  working together this week?

Prep AK 8 we are moving safely up the stairs

Prep SV 7  doing the right thing

1/2 MB 6 sometimes we are a bit silly

1/2 DG 8 not getting distracted by others

1/2 AS 7 getting ready for the concert, learning our song 

3/4 TR 8 most people are doing better when it is group work

3/4 MG - 7 need to listen better and follow instructions

3/4 VA - 9 working with partners and doing our best effort all the time

5/6 BOC - 8 better in groups and co operating

5/6 FA - 8 groups are working well

 

 

Learning and events at Trinity this week:

MANRESA extra play on Tuesday 

Year 5/6 excursion on Wednesday

End of term assembly and early finish at 1.45 on Friday

  • We can have a SPORTS Day - with a focus on the  Olympics

Safety issues from the SRC

  • Lots of different games in the yard- we need to look where we are playing with the balls 
  • Keeping the junior deck clean- especially the drinking tap
