Mobile Phone Arrangements
In alignment with our Digital Technologies User Agreement, we want to remind families of the importance of how we manage student mobile phones to ensure a focused and safe learning environment for all students. As stated in the agreement, students are responsible for handing their mobile phones to staff upon arrival at school. These devices will be securely stored in locked storage for the duration of the school day. This practice not only minimises distractions but also helps protect students from potential risks associated with unsupervised use of technology.
We understand that, at times, there is a need for communication between parents and students during school hours. If you need to contact your child, please do so by calling the school office 8432 4500, and we will relay any urgent messages promptly. These measures are in place to foster a more engaged and respectful learning atmosphere, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in their educational experience without the interruptions that mobile phones may cause.
