Grade Four

What a busy and exciting term it’s been for our Grade 4 students! During this term students focussed on Procedural Writing. While in Maths we focused on Probability and Chance. They then were able to use the knowledge they built from their Procedural Writing as well as Chance and Probability to develop their own chance games complete with instructions. 

This term’s Integrated focus has been creativity. Using Cane’s Arcade for inspiration, the students enjoyed developing their own arcade game. They collaborated with their peers, worked through the design process and developed their own arcade game using recycled materials. These games were then shared with other Grade 4 students and buddy classes. 

We’ve had such a wonderful year with our Grade 4 students—filled with learning, adventures, and lots of fun! It’s hard to believe we’re already wrapping up the year, but we’re excited to finish strong in these final weeks. 

Thank you to our wonderful families for all your support throughout the year. Whether it’s helping with events, volunteering your time, or cheering your child on, your involvement has meant so much to us. 

We’re incredibly proud of all the Grade 4 students and everything they’ve accomplished this year. It’s been a fabulous year, and we look forward to making the most of the few weeks left!
