News From Mr Smith

Dear School Community Members,

We have come to our last edition of our newsletter for the year! I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all students, families and staff for their dedication, commitment and efforts during the year. Manifold Heights Primary School has had an extremely successful year, and this is due to the efforts of everybody associated with it. 

We have a wonderful school, and we can be proud of our students and the terrific things they do.

This week we will be farewelling some students, families and staff who will not be with us next year, and we trust they thrive in their new schools and new endeavours. Each of these students, families and staff members have made a significant contribution to our school community and we thank them for their time with us at Mano.

Yr 6 Graduation: 

Congratulations to all Year 6 students and our Year 6 teaching team who participated in their Graduation ceremony last week. The majority of these 59 students have been attending Mano for seven years and their contribution to our school is extremely impressive. We wish them well as they move onto secondary school.

School Commencement Dates for 2026: 

School staff commence:                       Tuesday, 27th January 2026

Gr 1 to Gr 6 students commence:     Thursday, 29th January 2026

Prep students commence:                   Monday, 2nd February 2026

Finally, I wish each member of our school community a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year - may you be surrounded by family, loved ones, good friends and lots of good cheer.
