Ruby has made incredible growth in her reading, becoming confident in using a wide range of word solving strategies and practising her high-frequency words with persistence. In her writing, she has started to add more thoughtful details and has shown a great use of high modality words and emotive language in her persuasive texts arguing that summer is the best season. Liya M - 1A
It has been wonderful to see Liya’s enthusiasm for learning maths and take on new challenges this year. She always has a go and often requests further questions to complete in her own time. Liya especially enjoys explaining her reasoning to the class and chooses a wide variety of strategies to work out maths problems. Well done on a fantastic effort this year Liya!

Orla R - 4C
This award goes to a student who is a shining example of responsibility in all she does. Whether she’s helping younger students through the Buddy Program, supporting outdoor clubs, or volunteering for Early Birds reading, she consistently demonstrates reliability, care, and commitment. Greta G - 1B
This award goes to Greta for showing wonderful curiosity and deep thinking in everything she does. She always takes time to think carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and explore ideas with great care. Greta reminds us that curiosity isn’t about rushing to an answer — it’s about taking the time to wonder, reflect, and truly understand. She was even curious to know what 1B had been learning when she was recently away sick for a whole week! Well done Greta, keep asking questions and engaging deeply with every learning opportunity!
