Kids Helpline

When there are worries to be shared and a different voice is supportive.

The Kids Helpline is a great online resource. Children can access the page online for child-friendly advice on any area of concern or assistance with managing emotions. This is a great site for parental advice as well. Children can access free counselling as required, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At Kids Helpline, there are many reasons why a child may reach out for help, they might be feeling sad, scared, angry, lonely, or just want to talk to somebody who understands.

Young people can contact Kids Helpline about all kinds of things including friendships and relationships, family issues, bullying and cyberbullying, school and study stress, identity, mental health, feeling sad or upset, body issues, or because they’re feeling unsafe.
