Air Garden

Students are learning many skills and responsibilities as they work in small groups to attend to our Airgarden. Unfortunately, Term 3 was not as productive as we hoped but the kids are on a role this term. Each week students are actively checking and recording pH levels of the water reservoir, measuring the growth of the different plants and taking a close look at what insects and other invertebrates are feeding on our plants. It is a real buzz watching them all get involved.

Beach to Bush - NSW Surf Lifesaving

Beach to Bush is Surf Life Saving NSW's flagship educational program, exposing primary school-aged students to important beach and ocean safety messaging. It is the largest surf safety program in the state.

The student's had an amazing time while learning about beach safety.  The interactive program was fun and educational.
