The Year 3 and 4 students had a manga drawing incursion on week 1 this term. Manga is an important part of Japanese pop culture. Kenny sensei showed our students how to draw manga features and they enjoyed learning tricks to adding personality and humour to their drawings.

When drawing manga, ideas are more important than being perfect at drawing and they learned that they should keep practicing being skilful.  

Well done! Our students have shown PYP learner profile attributes of being risk taker!
