St Bernard’s Oshc Invites You To Our Upcoming AGM Held On Tuesday 3rd June At 7:30pm

Families Are Welcome To Join Our Meeting Online Via The Zoom Platform – (A Zoom Link Will Be Emailed To All Families Closer To The Date). St Bernard’s Oshc Is An Incorporated Not For Profit Organisation, Is Self-Funded And Managed By An Annually Elected Parent Committee.

Our Annual General Meeting Is Coming Up In June And A New Management Committee Will Need To Be Elected. Please Consider Volunteering Your Service As An Office Bearer Or A General Member. Meetings Are Held Once Or Twice Per School Term (Via The Zoom Platform) And Run For Approximately One Hour.

IMPORTANT: OUR CONSTITUTION MODEL RULES OF ASSOCIATION REQUIRES OUR SERVICE TO HAVE A FUNCTIONING MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE TO LEGALLY KEEP OUR DOORS OPEN.

 

It is quite evident through parent feedback that our OSHC SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND ESSENTIAL TO MANY OF THE WORKING FAMILIES IN OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY; we would like to encourage you all, new and existing families, to support our Service by attending this important annual event and consider volunteering as an office bearer or a general committee member.

 

THE AGM WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLINE VIA THE ZOOM PLATFORM – A Zoom link will be emailed to all families closer to the date.
