Junior School Athletics Carnival

Our Junior School students brought plenty of colour, energy and House spirit to the Athletics Carnival last week. The day was filled with sprint finishes, long jumps, relays and novelty games – with cheers from the sidelines just as lively as the action on the track.

It was wonderful to see students giving their best effort, encouraging one another, and celebrating both personal achievements and team successes. A big thank you to our staff and families who joined us to support the day.

Book Week 2025

Our Junior School came alive with creativity and plenty of favourite characters during this year’s Book Week celebrations. From classroom activities and story-sharing to our much-loved dress-up parade, students embraced the chance to celebrate a love of reading together!

We were also delighted to welcome Aśka to share her experience as an author and graphic novelist with our students! Aśka is a hugely engaging and popular presenter, passionate about visual literacy. She has published more than ten books and graphic novels. Her recent titles include the CBCA Notable and ALIA Graphic Shortlisted YA graphic novel Stars in Their Eyes, (with Jessica Walton), which has been re-released for the US market by Scholastic in 2023. She is also a recipient of several government Arts grants, prizes, and the May Gibbs Fellowship.

2025 Cranial Challenge

The 2025 Cranial Challenge hosted by St Mary’s Anglican Girls’ School was an unforgettable experience for our students. Representing All Saints’ College, three Year 5 and three Year 6 students took part in a series of stimulating challenges across Mathematics, Engineering, and General Knowledge.

These activities tested more than just academic ability—they required collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. While solving problems was part of the fun, the real focus was on teamwork, resilience, and thinking creatively under pressure. What truly stood out was the spirit of the day. It wasn’t about winning or being the best—it was about making new friends, sharing laughter, and creating lasting memories. The atmosphere was one of encouragement, curiosity, and joy.

Throughout the event, our students not only expanded their knowledge but also grew in confidence and developed valuable teamwork skills. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to participate and extend our sincere thanks to St Mary’s for hosting such a well-organised and inspiring event.

We’re already looking forward to what the 2026 Cranial Challenge will bring!
