Hello Families and Friends,

We’re absolutely thrilled to fill you in on all the joy and fun we've been having at TheirCare these past few weeks! With the weather keeping us on our toes, we've been soaking up every bit of sunshine before summer takes its leave!

Term 1, Week 7

This week has been a whirlwind of excitement with our "Mission to Mars" theme! Our afternoons were filled with laughter as backyard cricket and 44 home base took over, bringing everyone together for endless fun. The children got creative with their space projects, making astronauts, scratch art, and glittery planets and bookmarks. And the fun didn’t stop there—the highlight was definitely the space-themed food, with galaxy pancakes being a big hit! Each activity sparked new energy and enthusiasm, showing just how engaged and excited the children are. From exploring space through art to playing games under the stars, the children’s imagination and teamwork have truly taken off, and it’s been incredible to watch them dive into each new challenge with such joy and curiosity. It’s been an action-packed, creative week, and I can’t wait to see where our next adventure takes us!

Term 1, Week 8

This week, we continued our journey through "Walt’s Wonders," and once again, the children were thrilled by a series of Disney-themed snacks that added a magical touch to our day. But Disney’s magic wasn’t just in the food—there were bubbles, castle crafting, firework designing, and even making Mickey ears, all of which brought so much joy and excitement. Who would have known the children’s imaginations were so endless? It was amazing to see how each activity sparked their creativity and brought Disney's magic to life in their own unique ways. On the playground, backyard cricket and 44 home base still remain favourite ways to have fun, and with all the fun music playing in the background, it only enhances the experience, making every moment feel even more magical. It's been a week full of wonder, creativity, and laughter!

April Holiday Program – ‘Mad Fun’

Get ready for two weeks of Mad Fun like you've never seen before! We're beyond excited to dive into this action-packed adventure with you all. From thrilling excursions to hands-on activities, there's something for everyone!

And that’s just the beginning! We’ll be getting creative with Bubbles, shaking it up with Bollywood Dancing, exploring cool science experiments, and even hosting Talent & Music Shows to showcase all your hidden talents! Bookings are now open on FullyBooked!

Sun Safety 

Being in Term 1, children must wear hats when engaging in outdoor play. Can I please ask parents and guardians that you remind your child to bring their hat over to TheirCare so that we can go outside and enjoy all the sun has to offer safely! If preferred we have a tub at the service, your child is welcome to bring a spare sun-safe hat that is named that they keep at the service and use throughout the Year!Sunscreen will be applied before going outside every day, if your child requires a particular sunscreen, please do not hesitate to let me know so that I can accommodate for this!

Booking/Cancellations

To ensure the safety and smooth operation of TheirCare, we kindly remind parents of the importance of managing bookings and cancellations for their children’s sessions. All bookings should be made through the FullyBooked platform.

If you need assistance with the booking process, please feel free to stop by the TheirCare room, and I will be happy to assist you.

Additionally, if your child is unwell or will be collected at the conclusion of the school day, please ensure you cancel their session through the FullyBooked application. If you are unable to access the app in a timely manner, you may contact me directly at 0487 011 573, and I can assist with cancelling the booking for you.
