From the Principal's Desk

The Last Two Weeks Have Been Jam Packed . . . . . . jam packed with fun and frivolity, and packed with lots of learning too. Our Foundation classes on Heights Campus and our Foundation classes on Springvale Campus have played host to their families and friends at our annual Family Fun Days.
We had magicians, rabbits, goats, guinea pigs, parachute fun and even yummy snacks from our partners at Chobani Yoghurt. Fun! Fun! Fun!
We have also enjoyed having our special friends from the City of Greater Dandenong Libraries Reading Buddies Program back with us on-site. They will come along each week to read to some of our students in the FLC and JLC on both campuses, bringing along a range of gorgeous books to share. Please let us know if you would also like to pop in on a regular basis and hear some children read; or read to or read with some of our littlies. The more the merrier.
NAPLAN
NAPLAN testing for Grade 3 and Grade 5 students will begin on Wednesday March 12th. This year, all tests will be online, except for the Grade 3 Writing test which will be a hand-written component. Please support your child by getting them to school on time and ensuring they have had a good night’s sleep and breakfast. As per our usual process, more information will be shared with Year 3 and Year 5 parents/carer’s.
