Energy and Water Bill Help: Drop-in Sessions

Are your gas and electricity bills rising? Would you like to know more ways to save? Drop in for free personalised advice to:

  • understand your bills and check for a good energy deal
  • access available concessions, grants and payment plans
  • upgrade to efficient electric appliances, rooftop solar, insulation and draught proofing with Hume Home Energy Upgrades
  • get help with disputes with electricity and gas companies

Please bring along recent electricity, gas and water bills (electronic or paper copies). You can speak to staff from Uniting Vic. Tas. Energy Support, Yarra Valley Water, the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria, and Hume City Council’s Home Energy Upgrades program.

 

Light refreshments will be available. Arabic speakers will be there to assist at the Craigieburn and Broadmeadows sessions.

Hume Home Energy Upgrades: Information session (online)

Hear how you can upgrade to efficient electric split system air conditioning, heat pump hot water, rooftop solar, induction cooking, insulation and draughtproofing. The Hume Home Energy Upgrades program includes free home energy efficiency advice, no obligation quotes from vetted suppliers, and rebates from the Victorian Government and Hume City Council for eligible residents.
