Highland Cows 

Welcome, Little Shorty!

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Highland cows as part of our school community, and the arrival of Little Shorty last Monday has brought so much joy to everyone at Holy Cross.

In his first days, just like a human baby, he spent a lot of time sleeping. But as the days passed, we watched him find bursts of energy, racing around the paddock before settling in for another nap. He has been closely watched, adored, and undoubtedly one of the most photographed cows in the area!

We look forward to watching him grow and getting to know his personality as he gets to know us, too. With all the love and attention he’s receiving, we thought it was only fitting to dedicate a page to our newest school community members! Keep an eye out for updates on Little Shorty’s adventures!
