Year 2

In Mathematics Year 2 have been focussing on addition, subtraction & number patterns. This has involved us working cooperatively in groups to share our own ideas & listen to the ideas of others. We have enjoyed using our ‘Wipebooks’ to find patterns in numbers, strategies for solving addition problems, finding a missing number in a number sentence as well as exploring different possibilities for given numbers. Whilst it has tested our skills in working mathematically, we have all had loads of fun!
