These students have completed some training with Deacon Paul and will begin this service next term. Thank you to these studnets for their commitment to helping those around them.
The Annunciation is the moment when the Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary to announce that she would conceive and bear a son, Jesus, who would be the Son of God. This event is recorded in Luke 1:26-38 and marks the beginning of the fulfillment of God's promise to send a Savior.
Mary’s response, “Let it be done to me according to your word,” shows her deep faith and willingness to follow God's plan. The Annunciation is a key moment in Christian belief because it highlights Mary’s role in salvation history and the beginning of Jesus’ earthly life.
Holy Trinity School is taking part in Caritas Australia’s Big Water Walk. We will hold our BIG WALK FOR WATER on Friday, 11 April.
Join us in supporting Caritas Australia's Project Compassion to Unite Against Poverty andempower people living in poverty worldwide. Millions struggle daily for basic needs like clean water, healthcare, and shelter. This initiative highlights the challenges faced by communities worldwide who lack access to clean water. Your support helps provide essential resources, restoring dignity, resilience, and hope. Every dollar makes a lasting impact.
We invite you to support our students by sponsoring their walk. Donations can be made in two ways:
Cash donation – Ask for donations, fill in the sponsorship form and return it with the donations in Week 11.
Everyday, millions of people around the world walk more than 30 minutes just to collect clean water. This Lent, HTS students will be walking in solidarity with them to raise awareness and funds for those who don’t have easy access to clean, safe water.
Every donation made by family and friends, big or small, makes a difference in providing life-changing support to those in need. Thank you for your generosity and for walking alongside us in the fight against poverty! Together, we can make a real impact. There is a note which will go home today with further information and how to write up the sponsorship.
