The Pong: Thursday, 19 September

Hampers LIVE NOW: Bid on one or more of our amazing Hampers in the Silent Auction! Hampers are on display in the DCand the Auction is now live. Follow this link!

How students can be involved:

Dress Up:-Students are encouraged to dress up in Retro 80s theme. Gold coin donation - will be collected in Homegroup.

Branded Wristbands: They are a fun collectable, wearable item to show your support AND we will have a new colour / design each year! Available for purchase from the Office for $3 each from NOW!

BBQ Sausage Lunch will be available for students for a $2 Gold coin donation. 

Primary will be arranged via a preorder on Operoo and delivered to the classroom, Secondary students can purchase from outside the M Rooms or SLC on the day.

Ping Pong themed activities for classes happening throughout the school day.

Year 6 Fundraising Stall 

The Year 6 students have been hard at work, focusing on the Fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5:22-23. As part of our learning, we have been creating fundraising items to support those less fortunate. Some of the items available are badge sets, bookmarks, erasers and card sets, each featuring the Fruit of the Spirit theme.

There will be a stall located for Primary students outside the Yr 6 rooms, on the upper-level walkway,  during recess, lunch, and after school. Prices range from $2 to $4.

How Families can be involved:

High tea - Bookings closed

Location: Restaurant 

Time: 10.30am- 12.30pm

After-School Family Frenzyping-pong action in the Gym. 3.30pm – 4.30pm. No cost to attend. Note: Students must be accompanied by a parent/carer.

Family Fun Event in the Gym 4.30pm – 6.30pm. Ping-Pong Games and Dinner for gold coin donations.  Please indicate your intention to attend via bit.ly/PongFamilyFun

The aim of this event is to raise awareness and much needed funds to promote human freedom, whilst having some fun and building community in the process. Over the years this has become our flagship fundraising event, with over $42,000 raised in 2024 and more than $170,000 in total since 2016.
