Year 3 Highlight

In Week 2, the Year 3 students engaged in a super exciting incursion from Wild Action Zoo! Students had the opportunity to see, touch and learn about a range of native Australian animals. They are now engaged in the research stage during Discovery Based Learning sessions, exploring different classes of animals including mammals, reptiles, birds, amphibians and fish. Later in the term, they will apply their knowledge to create stop-motion animations of a chosen animal in their natural habitat. We can't wait to see their final products!
