Playgroup Wednesday

Attending Playgroup provides an opportunity for children to experience the school environment.  There are play based activities for children to explore.  The activities are set up with school readiness in mind.  

Opportunities for children to practice using scissors, colour sorting, matching games, puzzles, colouring and drawing to name a few.  In the warmer weather we play outside in the sandpit, playground or kick a ball in the oval.  This time in school helps prepare the children to be school ready.  They get familiar with the environment and start to relax about what school will be like.
