Meet our 2025 School Captains!

Hi everybody! My name is Georgia and I am delighted and honoured to have this privilege of being one of NLPS’s School Captains for 2025. I’d like to congratulate my fellow School Captains, Nina, Olly, and Max. I can’t wait to work with you all this year.

Here are some things about me; I love to bury my nose in piles of books, I love music: singing, dancing and playing music are some of my favourite things to do in my free time. I am a hard-worker and always strive to put 100% into everything I do.

In prep, when I watched my first assembly, I just watched in awe at the school captains, and from that moment on, I knew I wanted to be one of them. Thank you so much to Carly and Mat for trusting me with this responsibility.

If you ever need any help in the yard, know that if times get tough, I am here to support you and help you. I can’t wait to learn, grow and improve this year and watch everyone from Foundation to Year 6 do the same. Enjoy your 2025!

Hi my name is Max and I am excited to be one of our school captains of 2025 with my friends Olly, Nina and Georgia. I would like to thank Carly and Mat for choosing me to be one of our school captains. I will try my best to always be happy and helpful.

I have been looking forward to hopefully being a school captain since prep, and when I found out, I was so excited and so happy because I will get to lead our beautiful school and all of you.

A little bit about me is I love sport, love a laugh and like creating and building things. I promise to always be helpful, so if you ever need help, you know where to go. Me. 

Hi I’m Nina and I’m super excited to be one of your school captains this year. Some things I enjoy include acting, dancing, choir, playing percussion, netball, reading and listening to Taylor Swift. I love learning new things and I always strive to do my best.

Representing NLPS has always been my dream ever since I was in prep and I am so grateful for this amazing opportunity. Thank you Mat, Carly, my teachers and my friends for your support and encouragement. Also a big congratulations to my fellow school captains, I can’t wait to work with you all.

If you ever need any help, please come up to me and I will do my best to assist you. We have such a fantastic community here and I look forward to seeing everyone learn and grow. Have a wonderful year everybody!

Hi everyone. My name is Olly and I’m very excited to be one of your school captains for this year. Firstly, I would like to congratulate the other school captains Georgia, Max and Nina. You all really deserve the role, and I am looking forward to working together this year.

Some things about me are that I like basketball, soccer, maths and reading. I would like to thank Mat and Carly for giving me this opportunity and trusting me with this role. I will lead by example and do my best to be a school captain that represents everyone (from the smallest Foundation to the tallest Year 6).

Feel free to come up to me in the yard if there is anything you need.

I can’t wait to help make our school (as Carly always says) ‘the best in the state.’
