Year 5/6

The 5/6 ‘s have had a great start to the new school year! We have been doing lots of interesting things during Learning to Learn. Here are some of them! 

In the classroom we were really excited when we got to choose our own tables and to meet our teachers.

We were also excited about seeing our friends and making our class crossword. We had to see if we could fit all our names together and make a crossword puzzle! Here is the example from Arno:

In specialist classes we have also started the year with a BANG! We did some dominos in STEM. We are so grateful to still have Eamon to teach us athletics and do the tryouts with us, especially because he is leaving.We are also looking forward to inter school sports which start in Term 2. Can’t wait!

We are going to camp in Week 8 so only a month away! At camp we are going to go on a giant swing, flying fox, abseiling, rock climbing and many other activities that look like a lot of fun.

We are excited to be the leaders of the school and look forward to all of the new things we will get to experience!
