Senior Learning Community

Welcome back to all the SLC students! 

We have had a busy start to the term already, with swimming program this week. 

Well done to all the students who participated and had a go, and thankyou to all the wonderful volunteers for assisting us!

This year the SLC students will be engaging in novel studies as part of the English curriculum.

This term, Year 5 students will be reading War Horse by Michael Morpurgo and Year 6 students will be reading A Ghost in My Suitcase by Gabrielle Wang.

Year 6 Mass: Wednesday 19th February at 9:30am.

Parents are more than welcome to attend.

Just a reminder for all students to bring their blue reading folder or a library bag in order to borrow books please. 

It is important that students are taking home an interest-based book and reading each night to support their learning.
