Foundation News 

Welcome! We have had a wonderful start to the year! The children are settling in and beginning to learn and follow classroom routines and expectations. We are very proud of them as there has been lots of getting to know about big school and new learning. 

Sport Times 

- Sport times for Foundation will be each Wednesday (beginning March 12th when the children will be at school full time) and each Friday.  

Labelling belongings 

- Please ensure that all clothing, hats, containers and other belongings are labelled clearly. 

Home Reading 

- On Monday your child will come home with a clear plastic folder inside their blue reader folder. Inside the plastic folder will be a Home Reading Diary for Term 1. A letter explaining the home reading requirements for Term 1 will also be included. Please read this information and the inside cover of the Home Reading Diary for clarification. We cannot wait to see and hear about the range of stories you are reading to your child. 

Fruit Time 

- Fruit time is twice a day at school, 10am and 12:30am. It would be very helpful if their fruit could please be in a separate container rather than in their big lunch box, for ease of access.
