This week at Kinder, our main goal was to help children feel comfortable in the kindergarten space, especially our 3-year-olds. We also celebrated Chinese New Year with some fun activities. The Banksia group loves listening to stories, so we had a storytelling session about the Chinese legend, "The Grand Race," which explains the order of the 12 Chinese zodiac animals. To make it more engaging, we used stick puppets as props, encouraging the children to participate. It was a lot of fun for everyone. Great work, team!
