School of Play

Years 7 to 10 students participated in an incursion last week. Dale and his colleague from School of Play ran fun sessions aimed at energising students. Dale's vision is to use play-based activities to enhance mental and physical well-being, and therefore improve a student's learning mindset. Years 9 and 10 were combined, followed by the Year 7 and 8s together, with each group spending a double period attending the uplifting program.

Visual Communication Design

VCE Visual Communication Design students are working on their final presentations for their folios. Rhys has been working on a logo presented on a hoodie and swing tag, alongside a fashion catalogue look-book for Happy Duck. Hoodie modelled by Baylin.

Indonesian

Indonesia celebrated its 79th Independence Day on Saturday, 17 August. Traditionally, Indonesians celebrate with various games. A couple of weeks ago, the Year 7 students, with the assistance of two Year 11 students, Makayla D. and Stevie W., had fun playing some games. There were lots of laughs and giggles, and everyone enjoyed the lesson.
