P & C Monthly Meeting - 16 June 2026
Please find attached the agenda and other information for the P & C Monthly Meeting to be held online this evening (Tuesday 16 June) at 7.30pm.
P & C Second-Hand iPad Sale
P & C are hosting a Second-Hand iPad Sale (Gen 5 and Gen 6 iPads) on Wednesday 17 June.
These were preowned by the school and are no longer supported by the Department of Education. There are no chargers included.

$30 for one iPad, maximum 2 per family
Please note that this is CASH ONLY.
Bank transfer and EFTPOS facilities will not be available on the day.
Uniform Shop update
Uniform Shop will be open on Wednesday afternoons between 2:30pm and 4.00pm, commencing Wednesday 27 May 2026.
This is an additional service for pick up only.
The process for uniform purchasing and returning will remain the same.

Online Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop is open for online ordering only.
Due to the large volume of orders, please allow 10 - 14 days for processing and delivery to your child's classroom.
If you need to purchase any school uniform items, please use the the link below to order. The link to Online Ordering is also on our school website under "Our School" - "Uniforms".
Our ONLINE shop can be accessed here https://carlingford-west-school.myshopify.com/
Online orders will be delivered ONCE a week on a Thursday to your child’s classroom. If you submit your order after Tuesday, you will receive your order on the following Thursday.
Please ensure that you have your child's name and class on the order.
Exchange is no longer available, please follow “Refund” process to refund the item(s) you have purchased within 14 days.
For hygiene reasons, refund does not apply to accessories, such as hats, socks, any kind of ties. All accessories are not refundable.
For a refund, item(s) must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in original condition and packaging. Fill in the “Uniform Order Refund Application Form” (found in your order packaging) together with the item(s) and drop into the School Office.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card as soon as possible.
