House Challenge

For the remainder of Term, we will have a house challenge for reading nights. Students will award themselves a token for each reading night recorded in their diaries.

Lok-Lok

The eagles are flying! Sportsmanship, passion and pride have all been very present in the nest and we have made a great start to our 2024 campaign.

House Launch Day was a great success and it was so good to see the teamwork all of the Lok Lok students were showing. The dress ups were also great!

Although we are slightly behind in the house tokens... it hasn't stopped the effort and determination of the team and we have no doubt we are going to catch those Kangaroos!

A great way to catch them is the new 'House Reading Challenge'. Every reading night from now until the end of Term will earn you a house token so remember to cash them in with your teacher.

Keep an eye out for the 'House Soccer' event coming up very shortly as well... rumour has it big name Lok Lok strikers Logan Kirwin and Spencer Francis have been in some sizzling form on the pitch!

Just remember... Eagles Soar As One!

Guliwan

Congratulations Guliwan superstars on another outstanding 2 weeks of Best Effort, Risk Taking, and a great display of Sportsmanship! Monday, 19th of February was our House Launch Day, activities like dodgeball, ga-ga, relay races, and tunnel ball were all completed during the last session of the day with smiles, laughter, and lots of cheering from both teams! When interviewing a couple of our fellow Kangaroo teammates, Georgia O described the day as "the best day ever," Maya said it was "fun and challenging," and Lola S said, "the day was hot but so much fun!"Tokens have been coming in strong for the green team! We're also thrilled to announce that our students will be stepping up soon for the House reading nights challenge that we are super excited for, and we're eagerly anticipating our potential first Aussie of the Month recipient in the Guliwan Kangaroos! Kanga, Kanga, Kanga- Roo, Roo, Roo! Go Gulliwan !
