Resource Centre

The Resource Centre has been a busy venue for students during recess and lunch breaks participating in a range of activities including chess, card games, Lego and puzzles as well as recreational reading, study and work on major projects.

Students are also taking the opportunity to borrow a range of books from both the fiction and non-fiction areas across different genres. Another display of new books has generated a lot of interest with many of these books being borrowed. Kildare students are able to borrow books and magazines to read in the Term holiday breaks with no limit on the number of books borrowed.

Final Overdue Reminder Notices have been sent to both students and parents to return any books students have not returned since November 2023. Should these items not be returned by the 11th of March, details of the non-returned items will be sent to the Finance Department for the cost of the non-returned item/s to be sent to parents/guardians. We would much rather have the book/s returned than to pass on the cost of these items to the parents/guardians of the students who have not returned their book/s.

Please check with your students to ensure they return any overdue books to the Resource Centre.
