Annual Implementation Plan

Annual Implementation Plan (AIP)
The AIP is a core part of school business. It documents a sharp and narrow focus on school improvement priorities and provides clarity and purpose for all members of the school community as they work towards the goals set out in the School Strategic Plan (SSP). The AIP operationalises the 4-year SSP by supporting schools to select and plan how they will implement the Goals and Key Improvement Strategies (KIS) that will be their focus for school improvement in a given year.
We are in the final year of our four year plan and we have set ourselves 3 goals and KIS to achive the targets that were set in the SSP in 2020.
These are:
GOAL 1 - DET
2024 Priorities Goal
In 2024 we will continue to focus on student learning - with an increased focus on numeracy - and student wellbeing through the Department of Education 2024 Priorities Goal, a learning Key Improvement Strategy and a wellbeing Key Improvement Strategy.
Learning - Support both those who need extra support and those who have thrived to continue to extend their learning, especially in numeracy |
Wellbeing - Effectively mobilise available resources to support students' wellbeing and mental health, especially the most vulnerable |
GOAL 2
To improve student engagement in learning
KIS 2A Increase data literacy to inform teaching, learning and assessment at the student’s point of need. |
KIS 2B Build the consistency of evidence-based practices across PLCs |
GOAL 3
To improve student engagement in learning
KIS 3A Strengthen a culture where students become self-regulated and self-directed learners |
