Performing Arts

Mrs Gundry’s dog Ruby visited us briefly after we discussed music, animals and nature: 

“Ruby was lovely and soft” Hannah 3T

“Ruby was fluffy and gentle” Raef 3T

We started to rehearse some fabulous moves in Glee Club - Ms Ellis was a wonderful dance teacher. 

We also explored Loud and soft music while listening to the very beautiful Beethoven’s 6th Symphony - Pastoral Symphony.

Our Beat and Rhythm study was interesting as we listened to and discussed the swing music In The mood by Glenn Miller;

In Year 6 we kicked up our heels in a Hoedown Dance ;

“It was cool” Caleb 6L

“I liked the patterns in it” Archie 6L
