Prep

Students in Prep Bluegum have had a flying start to 2024. Students have learned so much already and are loving the new opportunities that Prep has to offer. 

Notable things include:

• learning new letters and sounds (so far we have learnt ‘m’ and ‘s’);
• using iPads to scan QR codes to access games to consolidate our learning;
• participating in new specialist subjects such as Art, Chinese and PE, and 
• Revising new mathematics concepts in daily reviews.

Last week, we read the book Grandpa and Thomas. Students created a pastel wash art piece in response to the story. It was great fun.
