RUNNING CLUB

As of next week, the Running Club will move to Tuesdays and Thursdays. The numbers have been building each week. Tuesday will be 3 km or 2 km run around the wetlands. Thursdays will be school based activities all aimed at improving technique and stamina.

Here are the dates leading up to the St Louis Cross Country Carnival on Tuesday 30 April:

We meet in front of the hall at 7.45 am

SWIMMING

All the best to our 10 swimmers competing at the Kingston Division finals on Tuesday. Thank you in advance to all of the parents who network, sacrifice time and support these budding superfish.

NET SET GO

The Aspendale Arrows Netball club run a Net Set Go program for Prep, Year1 and Year 2 students. It's a fun way to discover netball, learn skills and play with friends. The club's focus is all about Fitness, Fun and Friendship. They will be running a try out at school in early Term 2.
