In Term 3, the Foundation Wellbeing curriculum will integrate the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships (RRRR) Program with the Visible Wellbeing Framework. 

 

Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships (RRRR)

The focus for wellbeing lessons this term from our Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships program is: 

Topic 7- Gender Norms and Stereotypes 

Topic 8 - Positive Gender Relationships.

 

Aims:

Activities within this topic area will assist students to:

  • Recognise that what they like does not have to depend on whether they are a boy or a girl.
  • Identify their likes, dislikes, strengths and abilities and make comparisons with others.
  • Develop skills in playing fairly regardless of gender. 
  • Be inclusive and tolerant of individual differences.
  • Develop an awareness of their body and how to keep themselves safe.
